Our Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. We strive to ship all in-stock orders within 3-5 business days of the date your order is placed, during sales (when order volume is high) we may require up to seven business days.
Orders are processed between Monday-Friday, 9:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Out-of-Stock Items
At mosaictiles.com.au we strive to keep a full inventory of each item we offer. On rare occasions, we may be out of stock of a particular item that you may have ordered. Expect the back ordered item to take no more than two weeks.

Our Warehouse
We often receive email telling us "Hey, I live in Sydney too! Can I just stop by and pick up some tile in person?"
We're very sorry, but as a wholesale company, we operate out of a large industrial warehouse not set up for retail. Our Internet business is conducted entirely through the Internet, without retail store personnel, and we pass the savings on to you!
